We are constantly in motion. We think, if we keep working, keep moving, keep adding to the “To Do” list, we will get “there”. But “there”, is not a static place. We keep moving the destination. There is no “there”. There is only “be”. 

Like nature, we have cycles too. If we do not rest, absorb nutrients and fill up, our roots and foundation become weak and depleted and we no longer bear fruit. We overwork, don’t get enough sleep, eat fast food, don’t exercise, get sick, take some drugs, patch it up, and do it all over again. THAT is how we live the American Dream. On a daily basis we are bombarded with the noise…“Work hard, play hard”, “Nothing worth having comes easy”, “Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done”. And on and on. I’m not saying hard work is not important, but I think the lack of messages to slow down or even stop, to reflect and reset has been missing from our language for many generations.

Using different modalities such as, CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, acupressure, stretching and hot stone, I provide a safe, warm and welcoming space where you can let go and allow your body to heal. To just be.

A great listener makes a great massage therapist. You will communicate with me directly, with no middle-man between us. Together, we will create a wellness plan for your on-going care.
